It’s important to stay active but distant during this time of an extremely contagious epidemic. Fortunately, cycling is a safe way to get exercise, fresh air, and some distance from the constant flood of negative news that surrounds us right now. As one bicycle dealer noted, bikes are “the original social distancing vehicle.” If you can, we strongly encourage you to go for a bike ride – you’ll definitely feel better as a result!
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Vermont’s “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order, RAD-Innovations and HASE Bikes USA are currently unable to conduct in-person business at our Cornwall, VT location, but we’re committed to providing support in ways that ensure everyone stays safe.
If you need a new trike or tandem bike, we can ship directly to you and provide phone and online video support for the build and fitting process. We can also ship directly to your local bike dealer – many bike shops have closed their doors to the public but are still working behind the scenes, building and repairing bikes for their customers. Small, local businesses are going to be hit hard by this pandemic, so this is also a great way to support them while supporting your own health and well-being!
RAD-Innovations & HASE Bikes USA will fully support you throughout the sales & fitting process. We have been fitting and building our special bikes for over 20 years, so we have a lot of experience with getting things set up “just so” to make sure you can ride your bike or trike safely and comfortably.
Right now, we can offer online consultations and sales, and door-to-door delivery. We can demonstrate all of our products in our virtual showroom and use online tools like Zoom and FaceTime to provide support for bike builds, fitting, and repairs.
In addition, we’re taking the following precautions to ensure your safety:
We’re firm believers in the wellness benefits of cycling and mobility, and we really want to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to take advantage of the physical and mental wellbeing that can come from riding a bike. Please let us know how we can help you!
