AZUB Ti-FLY X
Enjoy extremes with maximum comfort
Full suspension combined with 26″ wheels. That’s what makes the Ti-FLY X a unique machine calling for long rides that will soon become extreme. And it doesn’t really matter what you call extreme – it may be the distance cycled on a paved road, the roughness of terrain, or the amount of endorphins that you produce during the ride. You can say from the first look that Ti FLY X is a special vehicle. It unites innovative designs, a passion for traveling and love for off-road fun. Basically, it’s a synonym for extreme cycling in all its forms.
Fitted with the newest technology gadgets
Azub added some cutting-edge options to their already well-known innovations that include the Syntace wide rear hub with solid axle and revolutionary titanium front suspension. Ti-FLY X can now be equipped with wide 26×3″ plus-size tires, modern 1×12 SRAM Eagle shifting with 10-50 teeth cassette and optionally with the exceptional, high-performing Shimano Steps E8000.
A new category
Ti-FLY X is so different from other trikes that it simply defines a new category for itself. It’s a real SUV among trikes. It’s more agile. Both the front suspension and rear shock offer a great amount of travel. The trike boasts great ride quality on tarmac as well as on rough terrain and is ready for various adjustments. Three 26″ wheels provide for a higher seat position and great riding ability through difficult sections of your route. Ti-FLY X offers an exceptional view on the road and extreme fun in rough terrain.

Titanium Front Suspension
- Titanium Grade 5
The use of the grade 5 aerospace titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) has enabled us to reduce the weight by half (compared to similar solutions from steel), and also to achieve a great look without having to increase the weight by applying paint. - 40 mm travel
The transverse titanium leaf springs provide a comfortable 40mm travel with a progressive end and a soft stop. - Low maintenance
The use of the renowned IGUS plain bearings requires minimum need for servicing while ensuring easy serviceability at the same time. A tight fit of the connected parts and their smooth operation are guaranteed. - Self stabilization
Thanks to the transverse link of the left and right wheels with a leaf spring and its specific shape, the stabilization has been cleverly integrated directly into the springing itself. The result is a sleek, high-tech and lightweight self-stabilization.
Features
Smooth adjustment of the seat
A bike should adapt to the rider and not the other way around. That’s why Azub used an adjustable seat for their first bike, in which both the angle and the pedal distance were adjustable. With each further development stage, they introduced a more accurate adjustment, until 2013, when they reached a stage of adjusting without positions. This concept is based on a sliding sleeve, which is produced in a straight version for tricycles and some bicycles, and a curved version for recumbents. |
F2F U - Fold to flat ultra
In addition to folding the front part, you can also rotate the rear fork, which is designed to fit neatly just below the rear of the frame. This will turn the trike into an incredibly small package which you can easily fit into the trunk of a small car or into a carry case, should you wish to take the trike on a plane, for example. The whole maneuver will take you no more than 5 minutes - without the need for any tools. |
Folding mechanism
In 2015, Azub introduced a new folding mechanism they're really proud of. They wanted to create a folding tricycle that would be adequately stiff and whose folding mechanism would be smooth and easy to operate. The feedback from hundreds of AZUB riders has confirmed that they have definitely accomplished that goal. |
