COVID-19 Operations Update

RAD-Innovations and Hase Bikes USA are open during regular business hours on weekdays from 9am to 6pm. However, we no longer accept drop-ins and all on-site demonstrations are strictly by appointment. Contact us to schedule an appointment. 

The State of Vermont requires the use of masks or cloth facial coverings "any time it is not possible to maintain a physical distance of at least six feet with others from outside their household." Please remember to bring - and wear - your mask when you visit.

We continue our practices of cleaning and sanitizing surfaces regularly, including wiping down and sanitizing all products that come through our showroom, both inbound & outbound. We’re  also wearing gloves when handling items that will be shipped to customers.

Thankfully, we are all in good health and none of us have been affected by the virus thus far. We hope you are staying safe and healthy as well!
