State of Vermont Incentive Program for Electric Bicycles

The state of Vermont is offering up to $800 in rebate incentives to qualified individuals looking to purchase a new E-Bike. Eligible bikes include: Adaptive Bikes, Standard Electric Bikes, and Cargo Bikes.
All customers must apply through the Vermont ebike incentive program application prior to purchasing an eligible bike.

The state of Vermont has announced a limited program for grants to qualified individuals for the purchase of select e-bikes and adaptive bikes. 

​Subject to qualification of income and type of bike there is a $400-$800 stipend towards purchase.

• Proof of Vermont residency 
• Proof of income 
• Purchase of a new e-bike, e-cargo bike, e-assist adaptive bike from approved Vermont bike dealer

• There are MSRP and income caps on qualifications of some bikes and for Vermont residents.
